ISO Certification |
On March 16 2010 Demag completed the ISO certification process. As a result of our successful completion, we are now certified in two areas: ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. ISO 9001:2008 defines the requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer requirements. ISO 14001:2004 defines the requirements for an environmental management system which enables an organization to develop and implement procedures (including preventing pollution, obeying laws and regulations, and continual improvement) which take into account legal and other environmental requirements. Our efforts, however, do not stop with the certifications. We will continue to improve in all facets of the company in order to better serve the customer. “ We are very proud to be recognized for our Quality Management programs with the ISO certifications. This certification by a 3rd party registrar is a confirmation of our quality products, quality processes and our focus on continuous improvement”, says John Paxton President - Demag Cranes and Components North America
