Stacker cranes
Stacker cranes designed from the KBK Classic Crane Construction Kit are based on the KBK Classic Double Girder with a special stacker mast. Manipulate loads such as storage containers or pallets weighing up to 500 kg (1100 lbs) and place them neatly within a racking system without the need for heavy equipment or ladders.
The stacker crab is designed for a standard fork arrangement but easily adapted to accommodate a variety of specialized manipulators falling within certain specifications. The crab is designed for 360° of rotation.
Portal cranes
In many instances a work cell and equipment may need some routine maintenance but it is not cost effective to install a permanent crane over the area. The KBK Portal Crane provides the versatility of a KBK crane but on a maneuverable structure. The KBK Portal crane is designed to handle loads up to 1000 kg (2200 lbs) with the help of a DC Chain Hoist.
In addition to its versatility as a maneuverable cranes system it also has the flexibility to be taken down, transferred, and reconstructed at other job sites.
