Suspension monorail

KBK II-R suspension monorail used for smooth transport and positioning of animals to be treated. Track switch and turntable ensure access to the various treatment tables.
Single-girder crane

Raised KBK single-girder crane with long trolley. To ensure optimum utilisation of space, the crane is provided with special end carriages and fitted as high as possible between the crane runways as the height of the room will allow. The hoist unit is also fitted with a chain return arrangement which provides the longest possible hook path. Thus also bulky welded structures can be moved into the required position in spite of the low room height.

Due to high machine tools fitted at a later date, raised single-girder cranes were fitted to the existing KBK crane runway to ensure loads can be handled above the machines.
A pneumatic handling device suspended from a HBK double-girder crane provides for ergonomic handling of cable reels.
Modification of the crane design to meet the customer requirements provides maximum possible hook paths thanks to optimum utilisation of the available space.
Gentle handling of sensitive ceramic objects from the drying kiln to the firing kiln. The fired parts are transported from the kiln to the shipping area.
